A new bill to improve the process for approving short sales real estate transaction may soon bring relief to distressed property owners who are unable to keep their homes or make the mortgage payment but still hope to avoid foreclosure. The bill is strongly supported by the National Association of Realtors, and most likely distressed home owners, communities and neighborhoods everywhere.
